LOS ANGELES, CA -- CADForce, Inc., announced the receipt of $3.1 million in a Series B round of venture capital financing led by Louisiana Ventures, LP. The round, which is still open for another $1.4 million, followed a Series A round of approximately $1.8 million, which was led by Rincon Venture Partners. The company is a provider of outsourced architectural services and plans to use the funds to continue build-out of its systems, personnel and facilities in India and Los Angeles headquarters.
